Starting October 3rd, 2009, the Martin Gropius Bau Berlin gallery presents the formidable photographs of the German journalist Harald Schmitt.
Sponsored by Hewlett-Packard and produced by P&M, the exhibition "Fotografien vom Ende des Staatssozialismus" shows 120 photos, taken in the former East Germany, the former states of the Warsaw Pact as well as China.
The topic of this exhibition is to make political and social life in a solcialist system a subject of discussion. This photo exhibition can be seen in Berlin till December 13th, 2009.
