We at P&M have set ourselves high standards with regard to how we treat our staff, customers and competitors. We take on responsibility for our staff and society. In concrete terms this means:
- We conduct our business with uncompromising integrity and in a manner which is ethically and legally sound
- We don't merely want to satisfy our customers' expectations, we want to exceed them. We're not satisfied with anything less than "perfect"
- All members of staff bear personal responsibility for behaving in an exemplary and respectful manner
- Our most important values include trust and respect toward each individual employee
- P&M respects its competitors and competes with them fairly
- We support local initiatives such as "Menschen in Not" (People in Need) and for five years have acted as a godparent for 2 children in Ecuador
