What began as a little idea in a coffee dock area in 1989 today employs more than 25 members of staff and up to 50 freelancers. In 1996 the GmbH (limited liability corporation) was established with 4 employees. P&M has been broadening its portfolio for over 10 years: the Technology Center® has been expanded and now incorporates the IT and Color Management departments and the Labororatory for Technical Analyses.

In 2000 market forces led us to add a second string to our bow: that's when P&M began organizing training courses and events. Our large network of partners from the fields of events, logistics, print solutions and color management enables us to realize our projects quickly and reliably. In addition, we have close ties to Stuttgart Media University. This results not just in a lively exchange of information — we also offer students internships. And some of these students have gone on to become highly-motivated members of staff.

In the last 17 years we have produced more than 100 million digital prints and supported the launch of more than 600 high-tech products around the world.

Today P&M is more than just a producer of prints. We have developed into specialists for everything concerned with digital printing. And that puts us in a unique position worldwide.
