SCC Management
P&M manages for Hewlett Packard the HP Solution Competence Centre (SCC) for all print solutions in EMEA. The SCC is the single point of contact for registered HP partners and HP employees who request support for printing solutions. Printing solutions are HP solutions as well as selected third party solutions. The SCC is a dedicated business unit within the P&M organization and reports directly to the P&M CEO, so does the SCC Manager. The position is based in Pforzheim, Germany.
Key Tasks:
The SCC Manager is the key contact for the HP Business Manager in EMEA marketing, owning the SCC program, responsible for the SCC overall and the management of the SCC team.
The SCC Manager ensures that goals and objectives agreed with the P&M Management Team are achieved. The SCC Manager is the key contact for HP EMEA country management and escalations.
The SCC manager keeps contact to the SI s and ISVs and designs and develops programs for HP solutions through the SCC. He works out NPIs of new HP solutions through the SCC. He develops a model for fee payment of the HP partners participating at the SCC and works out ways how to promote printing solutions through the SCC.
Profile:
Understanding of the printer market, experience in solutions, ideally printing solutions. Experience in Sales Development and people management. Strong personality and able to convince even on a management level. Ability to motivate people and handle escalations.
