Solution Consultant/ Inside Sales
P&M manages for Hewlett Packard the HP Solution Competence Centre (SCC) for all print solutions in EMEA. The SCC is the single point of contact for registered HP partners and HP employees who request support for printing solutions. Printing solutions are HP solutions as well as selected third party solutions. The SCC is a dedicated business unit within the P&M organization and reports directly to the P&M CEO. The Solution consultant reports to the SCC Manager. The position is based in Pforzheim, Germany.
Key Tasks:
The solution consultant is the key contact for all requests regarding print solutions for HP partners in German and Spanish speaking markets.
The Solution Consultant is available for requests 8*5 via telephone, mail etc. and Qualifies the requests and is either able to offer a solution or hand it over to the SCC technical consultant.
The solution consultant supports the HP QUAS marketing campaign. This will include the coordination of HP solutions or third party solutions with the HP partners and the SI.
The solution consultant will prepare reports, work out customer letters, newsletters.
And ensure shipment of marketing material.
The solution consultant works very closely with the SCC management and the SCC Technical consultant.
Profile:
Quick learning skills and analytical skills, in particular for qualifying the different
Requests from partners. Excellent wording linguistic and in writing. Knowledge about the printer market, ideally Know How about printing solutions.
Languages required: English, Spanish and German.
